Q. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Q. Can I extend my check-out time?

Yes. You may extend your stay up to 2 hours before noon at 1,000 Yen (tax not included) per 60 minutes.
Please note that this does not apply to those who currently staying with us.

Q. Do you offer luggage storage?

Yes. The front desk can keep your belongings before check-in and after check-out.

Q. Is there a parking lot?

Yes. There is a free parking lot with space for approximately 20 cars.

Q. Are there any convenience stores nearby the hotel?

There is a convenience store located five minutes walk from the hotel. We have bicycles available for lending to guests.
There is also a supermarket within a 1 or 2 minute walk.

Q. Can I use a credit card?

VISA, JCB, Nicos, MasterCard, Amex, and Diners are accepted.

Q. Are there any discounts available for long term stays?

Q. Are there any vending machines?

Yes. Vending machines for drinks and instant noodles are available at the main entrance on the first floor.

Q. Is there a coin-operated laundry?

Yes, there is a free washer and dryer on the first floor. Detergent is available at the front desk for 30 yen per use (tax included).

Q. Can I call for a massage?

Yes. Please make a reservation at the front desk. (Available until 10:00 p.m.)

Q. Are there several types of pillows available?

Yes. Please contact the front desk for more information.

Q. Do you offer cleaning services?

Yes. Please contact the front desk to request cleaning services.

Q. Do you offer a courier service?

Yes. However, we only handle cash on delivery.

Q. Is there a bike rental service nearby?

Bicycles are available at the hotel for lending to our guests free of charge. (The number available is limited.)

Q. Can I connect to the Internet?

Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms, lobby, and restaurants.
The rooms are also equipped with wired LAN.

Q. Can I borrow a computer?

There is a computer in the lobby on the first floor that guests may use freely."
